Гидроклав H-07

Description

HYDROCLAVE Н-07 equipment is designed for crushing and sterilization of the following:

• dangerous infected (hazardous) waste of medical and prevention facility (class B)

• extremely dangerous waste in medical and prevention facility (class V),

• Products from plastic and rubber

• Glass

• Metallic tool

• Bandaging material

• Products from cellulose, paper, board, tree, fabric and etc.

• Containers with liquids

• Some types of biological wastes

HYDROCLAVE equipment is a cylindrical vessel (further chamber) with double walls, horizontally mounted, with one loading door situated in the side of the vessel. Inside the chamber there is a mixing (fragmenting) equipment which slowly (18 rotations per minute) rotates during processing cycle. Mixing equipment with the shaft through reduction gear connects to the motor. Waste sterilization process is automated. Parameters (time- pressure-temperature) of each treatment cycle is registered and can be printed.

Operating principle The given technology uses the principle of steam sterilization and fragments and dehydrates waste.  Waste collected into single-use package on the sites of collection is loaded through loading door to the equipment chamber.   When starting the equipment motor is turned on and waste in the chamber begins to slowly be mixed and fragmented. Steam of the built-in steam generator is passed in the interstitial space.  Steam’s heating energy is quickly transferred to the waste.  Moisture contained in the waste is evaporated and the pressure in the vessel increases.  Fragmented waste is subjected to steam sterilization with the following mode:

• Chamber’s increased pressure – 1,05 kg/cm2, temperature - 121°С, holding time – 30 minutes. After exposition pressure from chamber is released, sterile steam passes through condensing system and is discharged to sewer.  Waste is exposed to drying and on the final stage is unloaded from the equipment. As a result:

• Waste is sterilized by high temperature and steam pressure, similar to an autoclave, but with much faster and more equal heat distribution.

• Organic components of the waste are exposed to hydrolisis.

• The whole process takes place inside the hermetically closed vessel.

• Waste is fragmented and dehydrated.

• Reduces the waste in volume.

• Due to volume reduction transportation and landfilling costs are also reduced.

• Reduction of facilities expenses for sterilization of dangerous waste thanks to the substitution of chemical disinfection on the sites by the Hydroclave treatment.

• Sterilized waste is not dangerous epidemiologically and ecologically and is ready for landfill.  Stage 1 Loading

• Waste collected in the packets: bandaging material, products from plastic, rubber, tree, board, fabric and etc.

• Containers with sharp waste

• Containers and flasks with liquid.

• Metallic objects

• Histological material, biopsy material, biological material and cultures

 Stage 2 Heating and sterilization

• Waste is fragmented with the help of mixing equipment.

• Steam fills double wall of the vessel.

Heating energy of the steam is quickly transferred to the waste.

• Liquid waste is transformed into steam.

• Upon reaching increased pressure inside the chamber - 1,05 kg/cm2 and temperature of 121 °С  holding of 30 minutes occurs.

• Waste and liquids become sterile after 30 minutes.

Stage 3 Cooling

• Air valve is opened, pressure in the vessel is released  and sterile condensed steam is discharged to sewer.

• Heating by steam and mixing continues till waste becomes dry.

 Stage 4 Unloading

• Loading door is opened.

• Waste is unloaded to container.

• Dry sterile waste may be exposed to much more fragmentation with the help of shredder or placed into garbage container.
