Set of reagents "DNA-Tissue-F" is designed for professional use in healthcare facilities and clinical and diagnostic laboratories for extraction of the genomic DNA of human being from formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded tissues (FFPE-blocks) by the method based on linking nucleic acids with silicate membranes in spin-column for further investigations in the clinical laboratorial diagnostics with the help of real-time allele-specific PCR of distinguished genomic DNA.
Set of reagents "DNA-Tissue-F" is produced in two variants:
1) «DNA-Tissue-F-50» for 50 extractions,
2) «DNA-Tissue-F-100» for 100 extractions.
