After blood drawing carefully turn upside-down the tube 5-7 times. Don't shake up the tube with blood roughly for prevention from the formation of hemolysis serosity.
• Wait the end of the blood coagulation process for 20-30 minutes at room temperature and vertical position of the tube. Centrifuge tube with coagulated blood not more than 20 minutes with 1500 G acceleration (nearly 3000 rotations per minute). Barrier gel forms a barrier between serosity and clot after centrifugation. Serves for isolation of more amount of the most clear serosity.
• Tube material: PET (polyethylene terephtalate). Type of the cover:Hemogard. Has a marking board for notes. There are signs of sterility and one-time use. Has a mark for collected blood level.
