Kit for determination of 8 somatic mutations in the NRAS oncologic gene of the twelfth codon (Gly12Asp, Gly12Cys, Gly12Ser), the thirteenth codon (Gly13Asp, Gly13Arg) and the sixty first codon (Gln61Lys, Gln61Leu, Gln61Arg). The results of the test are the base for selecting patients with colorectal cancer for further targeted therapy.
The kit is produced in 1 package form - "Test-NRAS-tissue". Each set of the "Test-NRAS-tissue" contains reagents oriented for 24 definitions.
